Who We Are

We named the company West Coast Way because we believe in living a balanced life, but we take our work seriously.

Virtual workers are independently contracted resources, working in partnership with business for their mutual success and satisfaction. A virtual worker provides traditional support services in a non-traditional way. This new trend and solution for all sizes of business is seeing increased benefits for bottom lines and business productivity.

West Coast Way screens its virtual workforce to ensure a consistent level of integrity, quality, value-added services and positive attitude, established by West Coast Way’s president, Karen M. Bowman.
