Karen M. Bowman is a specialist in virtual worker integration. She takes her firsthand work experience and analyzes which business activities within a corporation are suitable for transition to a virtual platform.

With 20 years experience in the public and private sectors in British Columbia and Ontario, Karen’s background includes business administration, project management, communications and virtual business consulting.

In the late 1990s, while still working full-time, Karen contracted her services from her home office to help a former colleague develop a new business venture. Recognizing a need and an opportunity for a virtual workforce, she founded West Coast Way Consulting in 2001. Her father, Peter G. Andrews, has worked with her since the company began.

Peter G. Andrews is a systems and process analysis expert. He is a problem-solver and enjoys helping companies achieve their objectives.

Peter has over 35 years experience in engineering design, management, business operations and development with a wide range of industries, including the aerospace, marine, medical device, and other industry sectors.

Before coming to Canada in 1977, he worked as a freelance electro-mechanical designer for a number of companies in both England and Europe, including British Aircraft Corporation, Hawker Siddeley Dynamics and Aviation, Link-Miles and Messerschmitt-Bolkow-Blöhm.

In 1984, he formed Auder Consulting Incorporated, which provides design-consulting, systems analysis, and process re-engineering, as well as business operations and development for a number of clients across Canada.
